Beach Tree Farm is set in an acre of land in Llangfellach, close to Swansea City Centre, with access to the Gower coast and easily accessible to the M4 and routes east and west.

Beech Tree Farm provides a similar environment to its sister service, Rhos Cottage.  Young people 13-18 years can feel safe and secure knowing that Priority Childcare will support individuals to develop emotionally, psychologically and physically and with additional therapeutic services that are deemed appropriate.

Like Rhos, Beech Tree Farm has two independent flats on site.  The flats also are part of our independent programme ‘Focused Futures’ to fully prepare young people 16-18 for an independent life whilst they work towards Moving Forward, our QCF accredited qualification.
